Simplifying the Windshield Replacement Process

Our team collaborated with the JN Phillips team to ensure their neighborhood brand was brought to life in their newly designed website as well as their online booking tool. At the beginning of the project I worked closely with the information architect to develop a new application flow for their booking tool, which customers use to schedule appointments. We worked closely together to produce templates that could be implemented in Sitecore to represent the JNP brand as well as be easily navigated by users to find the information they were looking for. This was done by facilitating workshops with the client, in which we then defined user personas.

I identified the brand elements that needed to be reflected throughout the site, as well as analyzed the process in which users interacted with the booking tool to suggest the best improvements. The solution provided a streamlined booking process, both in application flow as well as a completely updated user interface. These updates improved the process in which both the user as well as the JNP team were informed about important information such as car details, appointment times, and best location to get the job done.
